There is no safer way to pursue your passion for engines in an environmentally friendly way. The news about diesel scandals, traffic jams and car taxes are banished as long as the shiny car bodies seem to spring from the gleaming chrome dreams of the viewers.
In the series "Garage" I search for "the time after the time", for places that are frozen in their rough materiality and can hardly be more immobile in our idea of boundless mobility. Everything pauses, decelerated objects that actually stand for the opposite, acceleration, move into the field of vision with an effect similar to that of actors on a stage.
